What is AnnexusEV?

AnnexusEV is an electric vehicle consultancy focused on providing electric vehicle charging
infrastructure UK wide. We were inspired by Sir David Attenborough to do our part to help
decarbonise our planet.

Chairman of the IFC Group and AnnexusEV, Paul has been in the fleet industry for over 30 years, founding the IFC Group in 2001. Since this time, Paul has developed the business with a reputation for integrity and honesty, and a blue chip customer base. A keen football fan, Paul is an avid follower of Manchester United.

Co-Founder of AnnexusEV alongside his father, Gerard. Jonny started off life in the renewables sector on a city trading floor. He is passionate about electric vehicles and clean energy. Jonny is lover of sport, particularly football, boxing and rugby.

One of the founders of AnnexusEV, Gerard has over 30 years’ experience operating at a senior level in various industries. Gerard has run a successful Energy Brokerage for 10 years, becoming an industry expert in this time. He is passionate about clean energy and sustainability. A Tottenham Hotspur fan for his sins.

Chief Marketing Officer and key member of the leadership team, Matt has over 10 years’ experience running various marketing agencies. He is passionate about climate change, veganism and doing his bit to make our planet a more sustainable place. Matt is a talented stand-up comedian and actor too.

Paul Chater

Chief Operating Officer

Managing Director of the IFC Group and Chief Operating Officer to AnnexusEV, Paul has worked in the vehicle fleet business for over 30 years. In this time, he has established and closely managed customer relationships of all sizes and at all levels. Paul is a keen distance runner and rugby supporter, often watching Wasps RFC.
